Transport at the airport
At Arlanda you travel free of charge on buses or the express train Arlanda Exprss within the airport area. There are also transfer buses between the terminals after security check.
Transport between the terminals
Before the security checkpoint – Arlanda Express rail service between Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5
The train runs four times an hour from early in the morning to late at night. The journey between Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5 only takes about a minute, and loudspeaker announcements and rolling text on board the train tell you where you should get off. The transfer between the terminals is free of charge.
After the security checkpoint – bus transfer between the terminals
Will you be transferring between flights and terminals? Then you can take our bus transfer, which runs straight to your new terminal without you having to go through security screening again.
You can’t take the bus if you are transferring to Terminal 4, from international to domestic, as you will have to pass the border control.
You press the button on the bus transfer display. The bus arrives shortly after.
