Transportation
There are several modes of transportation you can take from Stockholm Arlanda Airport, both by public transport and by car. Here, you can read more about what modes of transport are available. Here you can book your trip with bus or train.
We recommend that you pre-book a taxi when travelling from the airport at night. There might be a shortage of taxis at certain times due to high demand.
All buses stop at/leave from Terminal 2, 3 and Terminal 4, with the exception of SL buses which stop at/leave from SkyCity.
If you arrive at Terminal 5, you take the bus from Terminal 4. It takes approximately 5-7 minutes to walk from the bus stop at Terminal 4 to Terminal 5. The walk is indoors via SkyCity.
You'll find the car rental companies at Arlanda's car rental area P2 Long Term Beta. Pick-up and drop-off of your rental car takes place at the respective car rental office, unless another arrangement has been agreed upon.
Follow the signs to P Ankommande Terminal 5 which is located approximately 100 metres from the terminal. Pay attention to the signs - some roads around the airport are being rebuilt, and temporary routes have been created.

Delayed or lost baggage
If your baggage has been delayed or not arrived, please contact your airline’s baggage service. That is, whoever handles their baggage at the airport.

The ground handling companies have a heavy workload right now. They are working intensely to match bags and owners and to distribute baggage and do not always have time to answer phone calls. Please wait for them to contact you or try again later.
No. The airline is legally responsible for transporting you and your baggage from point A to B. The airline has a contract with the ground handling company as its representative on baggage issues. Swedavia does not have access to the airlines’ information about passengers or baggage.

Terminal 4
Terminal 4 has been merged with Terminal 5 and is now called Gate area C. If you land in Gate area C, you therefore arrive at Terminal 5. It takes approximately 5-7 minutes to walk from Gate area C to the baggage belts in Terminal 5.
No, you will arrive at Terminal 5. Please ask the person picking you up to follow the signs to P Ankommande Terminal 5, and to pay attention to the signs.
