Göteborg Landvetter's two different Espresso House outlets serve quality coffee made from special beans from around the world marked with their country of origin – along with sandwiches, salads and baked goods from the chain's own bakery. The generous opening hours are adjusted to air traffic departure times.
This Swedish café opened in Lund in 1996 and has become the largest coffee bar chain in the Nordic countries. One of the secrets behind its success is the emphasis on craftsmanship, quality and aromas. At Espresso House, gourmet coffee is made from beans specially selected from plantations in Brazil, Ethiopia, Guatemala and Tanzania.
The Göteborg Landvetter outlets also have a wide assortment of cold drinks, including smoothies and lemonade. The pastries are made by hand in the company's own bakery. The chocolate balls are rolled by hand, the focaccia is made from Italian flour, and the sourdough bread is the real thing. And if you just want something light to eat, you can choose a pastry or mini salad.
Espresso House coffee is marked Direct Trade, Single Estate or Single Origin. That means the coffee is bought in close collaboration with the grower and the bean's path to your cup is fully traceable.
