What can I buy and when?

All travellers, domestic and international, are allowed to purchase the following:

Perfume and cosmetics at duty free prices when both departing and arriving
Tobacco at the same price as in town when both departing and arriving
Confectionary when both departing and arriving

Duty free regulations outside the EU

All travellers with an end destination outside of the EU can purchase:

Perfume and cosmetics at duty free prices when both departing and arriving
Spirits, wine and champagne at duty free prices when departing
Tobacco at duty free prices when departing, and at the same price as in town when arriving
Confectionary when both departing and arriving

Note that you must be over 18 years to buy tobacco, and over 20 years to buy alcohol in shops.
